All of our physical products are sent as registered economy delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For) free of charge. We do not provide any other shipping methods or any faster processing.

All international postage are registered and tracked. Although, in some country’s case we can only provide either signed-for or tracked, we will never send a parcel out without registering and insuring it. Discount may apply on on multiple purchases, however we do not have the option for combined purchases here on this platform. Most of the items purchased through this platform may be dispatched separately; therefore, if you wish to order a larger number of products, please write to us (contacts).

Returns accepted. Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from purchase date. In order to return an item you must contact us by email (contacts) to request the return; return shipping must be paid by buyer unless wrong item delivered or damaged in post.

Data Protection

When a purchase is made in our online shop, the payment is processed through PayPal which is highly secured and will store as much details in an encrypted database as you provide to us. The data in this case is collected with PayPal. If you make a purchase vie e-mail or through the phone, the data is then provided to us directly by you. We do not store (and never have stored) any sensitive information such as card details, date of births or passwords. During the purchase, we only collect your name of your choice, the address where you would like your order to be delivered, and contact details that you provide us - but we will only keep your e-mail address to confirm your purchase and to get in touch with you if something goes wrong. We do not run newsletters, therefore your e-mail address will not be subscribed with us. We use the data provided to generate invoices which is then stored in both the password-protected and encrypted KashFlow system online and in a password-protected and encrypted Excel file offline. We may keep your data for at least 10 years.

We take your privacy very seriously. We do not sell your data to third party organisations. Since we send your order with special delivery (recorded and tracked) your data (including name and address, and may include phone number and e-mail address) will be shared with the delivery provider.
